Nurse Manager of EpiCentre Park Lane – Stephanie Holden R.N., B.S.N.

Stephanie has been an R.N. since 1982 with 18 years experience in plastic surgery.  She was the nurse administrator of Dallas Day Surgery Center for 7 years and has worked for Dr. Jay Burns in his laser and skin care center since 2001 prior to assuming the managerial role at EpiCentre Park Lane in 2008.  Stephanie is highly skilled in all aspects of skin care.  She has extensive training and certifications in the use of lasers for aesthetic treatments.   She is certified as an expert nurse injector by ASAPS.  Stephanie is a fellow member of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, American Society of Plastic Surgery Nurses and the Society of Plastic Surgery Skin Care Specialist (SPSSCS) as well as being past President (2011-2012) of the SPSSCS.

She is a nurse educator having provided education to other professionals through her association with several aesthetic companies and is on the Skin Medica Advisory Board.

Stephanie is passionate about educating and helping patients achieve their very best.  Her expertise lies in providing injectable therapies, Ulthera, Thermage, Fraxel Re:Store Dual and Pearl Resurfacing treatments.  She strives to manage EpiCentre Park Lane in a professional, thoughtful and caring manner for her patients and staff.

Staff Nurse  - Laurie Grizzard, R.N., B.S.N.

Laurie Grizzard has worked as an RN for EpiCentre Park Lane and Dr. A. Jay Burns since 2010 and performs multiple types of laser and injectable procedures including involvement in research and IRB studies. She received her BSN in 1992 from University of Texas El Paso and, after 7 years in Cardiac ICU, preferred to focus on pursuing her passion for aesthetic medicine in 2000. A graduate of Rocky Mountain Laser College (Denver, CO) she completed preceptorships under key opinion leaders in the industry both nationally and internationally.

Laurie is highly skilled in all areas of aesthetic medicine holding advanced certifications in lasers, skincare and injectables. Ms. Grizzard has owned and operated her own laser and skin care clinics as well as held positions in sales, clinical, educational and consulting roles for corporations including Medicis Aesthetics, Allergan, Mentor, Inc., Cutera Corp, Solta Medical, Ulthera Inc. and Suneva Medical. She is a Fellow Member of the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery and the Nursing/Allied Health Division (ASLMS/2000) in addition to the Society of Plastic Surgery Skincare Specialists (SPSSCS/2010).

Laurie was the recipient for ASLMS 2012 Best Clinical Nursing/Allied Health Award for a case series study she prepared solo showing the benefits of Non-Contact Ultrasound Post Ablative Laser. Currently she is serving as Co-Director for 2013 ASLMS Allied Health meeting as well as serving on the 2013 ASLMS Nominating Committee. She is also working on publishing her first scientific paper. Areas of interest include a variety of laser treatments, research on new devices, sculpting using neurotoxins, fillers, combination Sculptra and Ulthera makeovers and teaching.

 

 

Michelle Palcic – Clinical Aesthetician

Michelle is a licensed Aesthetician/Laser Technician who came to Epicentre Park Lane in 2008. She began her career in medical aesthetics in 2003.

Michelle specializes in Thermage CPT skin tightening for face and body, Fraxel Re:Store Dual laser resurfacing, Clear + Brilliant, Laser vein removal and hair removal, Laser tattoo removal, Coolsculpting fat reduction and pre/post operative skin care.

Michelle is an active member of The Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialists and volunteers her time and expertise to their Image Enhancement Team for the Phoenix Society for Burn Survivors.

Michelle is very knowledgeable in skin care and loves to educate her patients while providing results-oriented treatments.  Her knowledge and humor really makes her patients feel comfortable in the treatment room.

 

Nancy Cheney – Clinical Aesthetician

Nancy is a licensed Aesthetician/Laser Specialist who came to EpiCentre Park Lane in 2008. She began her career in medical aesthetics in 2002. Holly Daniel – Clinical Aesthetician

Holly is a licensed Aesthetician who came to Epicentre Park Lane in 2009. She began her career in aesthetics in 1994 and her passion for skin care led her to open her own skin care spa that she ran successfully for 4 years. Holly then decided to shift her focus to the clinical side of skin care.

Holly specializes in facials, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, chemical peels, IPL Photo Rejuvenation, Clear + Brilliant, Laser Hair Removal, Coolsculpting fat reduction, Thermage CPT skin tightening for the body and Make up application.

Holly’s warmth and dedication help each and every patient feel and look their best.

 

Chantal Hickman – Administrative Assistant

Chantal has been with EpiCentre Park Lane since 2008. She handles appointment scheduling, office duties, inventory, pre/post procedural pictures and post operative camouflage makeup. Chantal has extensive experience in the aesthetic field and has also been a freelance makeup artist for many years.

Chantal is very knowledgeable in all of Epicentre Park Lane’s procedures and products and can address our patient’s preliminary questions or concerns.

Chantal’s positive attitude and sunny disposition makes her a real asset to both Epicentre Park Lane and our patients.

Gail Haar-Patient Coordinator

Gail has been in the medical community serving as patient coordinator for 11 years.  She joined the EpiCentre Park Lane team in 2010.  She schedules patient appointments, handles office duties and assists patients at the front desk.

Gail is a team player with a positive attitude and always willing to assist our patients in any way she can.

 

 

Denise Orth – Business Office Manager

Denise became the Business Office Manager at Epicentre Park Lane in 2007. She is responsible for the majority of office duties including payroll, accounts receivable/payable, inventory and the overall day to day tasks needed to run the clinic.  Denise also coordinates our special events and open houses.

Denise is knowledgeable in all of Epicentre Park Lane’s products and procedures. She is always here to answer questions and to make our patients feel welcome and valued.
